随着大考的临近，为帮助同学们减压赋能，调整身心状态，以更加自信、从容的姿态迎接挑战，AISSU展华国际部举行了一系列创意解压活动，将艺术创作与心理调适相结合，为备考的学子们送上一份独特的“心灵减压餐”。
With final exams approaching, AISSU(ZH) hosted a series of creative stress-relief activities to help students decompress, recharge, and face their upcoming tests with confidence. Combining art with mindfulness, the activity offered a much-needed mental break during this intense exam season.
继上周的珍珠画活动后，同学们意犹未尽，更加期待接下来的解压小活动！
Following last week’s pearl painting event, students were left wanting more and eagerly looking forward to the upcoming stress-relief mini activities!
本次“色彩几何 · 创意画框”手工解压活动让同学们在色彩与线条的交织中，开启了一段艺术之旅。
This “Color Geometry · Creative Frame” handmade stress relief activity led students on an artistic journey through the interplay of colors and lines.
当同学们专注于调色盘上的红黄蓝绿，思考着如何将它们调和成心中理想的色调时，外界的喧嚣仿佛被轻轻隔离开来。
As students focused on the red, yellow, blue, and green on their palettes, thinking about how to blend them into their ideal shades, the noise of the outside world seemed to fade gently away.
这个过程，本身就是一种放松。
This process is relaxing in itself.
在创作过程中，同学们还互相交流配色心得，分享构图想法。这种轻松、友好的氛围，正是学校组织这次活动的初衷之一。
During the creation, students also exchanged ideas on color matching and shared composition thoughts. This relaxed and friendly atmosphere was exactly one of the original intentions of the school for organizing this activity.
在同学们的作品里，有的是规整的色块拼接而成；有的通过大胆的线条碰撞，形成张力；还有的偏爱反差，巧妙地将冷暖色调并置。
Among the students’ works, some are made of neatly spliced color blocks; some create tension through bold clashes of lines; others prefer contrast, cleverly placing cool and warm tones side by side.
他们用最简单的元素，构建出了属于自己的、充满个性的小宇宙。
With the simplest elements, they built their own unique, personalized little universes.
活动尾声，一件件充满个性的几何画作陈列开来，形成了一道亮丽的风景线。
At the end of the activity, the distinctive geometric paintings were displayed, forming a beautiful scene.
